In Benin, 20ᵗʰ century, a unit of capacity, about 3.146 liters.¹ Another unit, the petit sogo, is described² as 1.55 liters without brassée; with one brassée, 1.9 liters; with 2 brassées, 2.17 liters. The brassée is an extra amount sometimes given by sellers.
