In Burma, ? – 20ᵗʰ century (UN 1955), a unit of liquid capacity, = 8 byee, approximately 4.040 liters. link to a chart showing relationships between Burmese units of liquid capacity.

Simmonds (1892, page 467), says the kwai is 2 imperial pecks; Ireland gives “9 hkwai” to the [imperial] bushel.
