In the 20ᵗʰ century, the equivalent in Chinese to the SI prefix “deci-”. For example fēnmǐ 分米, decimeter.

The following three units belong to the shìzhì system of weights and measures. Currently they are usually referred to as shìfēn 市分, not fēn.
