En Calatayud, y su Partido, se nombran las Mensuras, Cahíces, Fanegas, Medias Fanegas, Quartales, Quartillas, y Almudes. El Cahíz se compone de 4. Fanegas, de 8. Medias; de 16. Quartales, ù 56. Quartillas, (que todo es uno) y de 112. Almudes.

Dicho Cahiz corresponde à 40. Celemines Castellanos.

In Calatayud, and its subdivisions, they call the measures cahices, fanegas, quartales, quartillas and almudes. The cahiz consists of 4 fanegas; of 8 medias, of 16 quartales, or 56 quartillas (which is all the same), and 112 almudes.

The aforementioned cahiz is equivalent to 36 Castillian celemines.
