Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation scale (NOSE)

A scale from 0 to 100 rating the effects of nasal septal deformity. A patient answers a questionnaire by checking a position on a line (a Likert scale) for each of 5 items. The items concern:

The higher the score, the greater the effect of the obstruction on the patient's quality of life.
