approximately 1.80 grams. Used for gold and silver.
By the Spanish Postal Tariff act of 1807, the weight of letters was determined
in adarmes (5 adarmes or less went for 5 reales de vell�n).
In Mexico and Peru, ? – 20th centuries, a unit of mass, approximately 1.797 grams.
