The dead center is 50 cm above the floor. The target has a nonreflective
surface and consists of concentric circles defined by lines 1 mm ±
0.1 mm wide. The area from the center through 4 points is black with white
circles; beyond the 4 pt circle the target is white and the lines making the
circles are black. In addition to the concentric circles, there is a white spot
1 mm in diameter, dead center.
