Standard bed pillow sizes in the United States are:

Standard 20″ by 26″ (to 21 by 31?)
Queen 20″ by 30″ to 22″ by 34″
King 20″ by 36″
“European.”
In the United States, a name sometimes given to pillows 26″ square.
Bolsters
The length of the pillow is equal to the width of the bed, with a diameter of about 9″.  Wedge-shaped bolsters are about 12″ high.
Body pillows
favored by some pregnant women, are 20″ by 60″ or 72″.

A wide variety of other pillows are made: neck rolls, bedrests, anti-snore pillows, and so on, but their sizes are not standardized.

Pillowcases

Standard 20″ by 30″ to 22″ by 30″
Queen 22″ by 34″
King 20″ by 40″ to 22″ by 40″

Throw Pillows

The typical square throw pillow is about 14″ by 14″. A floor pillow is larger, perhaps 24″ by 24″.
